These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AdvReferenceGen ("Services") provided by AIAS – AI Automation Solutions ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them in full.

2. Description of Service

AdvReferenceGen is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for generating, tracking, and managing structured document reference numbers for organizations. Features vary based on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts & Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed annually in PKR via PayPro Pakistan.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
  • Free plan accounts are limited as specified on our pricing page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service.
  • Use the Service to generate fraudulent documents.

6. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, design, and branding — are the exclusive property of AIAS and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your document data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email before significant changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
